We contribute to the activation of leadership and entrepreneurship in Latin America

Through services and programs aimed at change-making individuals. The programs we finance, executed through our partners in the region, provide participants with methodologies, training, mentoring, personal well-being tools, financial support, and access to learning communities, peer groups, and networks. This holistic approach, which has empathy at its core, seeks to counter inequities, create opportunities for social transformation, and advance the planet's sustainability.

We put our beneficiaries at the center. The needs and expectations of those we seek to impact are the print we use to tailor our programs.

We always work in partnership with local organizations, and we co-design specific components of our program with them.

Who are our leaders?

The members of our network work daily to be relevant and positively help transform their communities, countries, and the region.

The participants in the programs we finance and are executed by our partners, are individuals with leadership capacities, especially those that are young or from underserved segments of the population, interested in:
We are particularly interested in supporting women leaders.

We identify and select the participants in our programs with the support of our local partners in Latin America. We do not receive unsolicited requests to participate in our programs.

Components of the programs we support

Core programs

aims to strengthen Latin America's economies by supporting early-stage social enterprises that tackle pressing or relevant social issues. This program educates entrepreneurs on generating economic opportunities for themselves and others by applying market-oriented strategies. Colabora uses innovative ways to support new micro-enterprises or social initiatives through collaborative work, creating a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and providing seed funding.

We select the participants rigorously from a growing pool of candidates through our grantees and partners. The chosen receive the benefit of training in business plans, gaining valuable new connections, and joining a collaborative peer network. Under this program, beneficiaries participate in a comprehensive program that includes an in-depth Bootcamp to accelerate their ventures, long-term mentoring, seed capital or small personal stipends, and a comprehensive wellness support program over several months. All past participants have rated the program highly, and a considerable percentage reported positive acceleration of their social or business ventures.

Young Social Entrepreneurs Leaders

aims to build a network of young social entrepeneurs leaders who can develop innovative, systemic, and networked responses to social problems in countries in Latin America. We expect the project's beneficiaries to contribute, participate, and lead a process to build more robust, more transparent, and collaborative ecosystem in their countries. The selected leaders participate in a one-year program and receive a small stipend for the duration of the program to help them dedicate time to this opportunity. The program includes workshops and curricula to strengthen their capabilities as transformative and empathic young social entrepreneurs leaders.

Our Impact

We contribute to the development of transformative leadership and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Latin America through innovative methodologies, knowledge supported by empirical evidence, lessons, and best practices that we have systematized so that our partners in the region can adapt and apply them in different contexts.

We finance others. We act as intermediaries identifying innovative organizations with impact in the Latin American region and seeking grants to support them. We connect the beneficiaries of the programs we support.
